Tara cut through all of it. She knew exactly how to price the home for the Norwalk market, brought in the right people, and kept us calm when things felt messy. She's a fierce advocate and was always reachable when we needed answers. Tara works so hard and knows Fairfield County real estate inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone her way.

The whole thing happened while we stayed in our winter home in Florida. She took care of EVERYTHING? Staging, pictures, organization, multiple calls to municipality clearing up open permit and other issues, open houses, private tours, pricing strategy, managing offers/counters and ultimately got us to close at a price we are happy with. Truly professional throughout and I cannot say enough. Thanks Tara!

I moved across the country and she managed the complete process of 1) working with her amazing team of contractor contacts to to refurbish my home, so it looked like the day I bought it and 2) all of the paperwork and steps needed to get the house listed and sold…above asking, after one day on the market. She is amazing, and makes the process stress free!
